Upon arrival at Songpan/Huanglong Station, your tour guide will meet you at the station. Please ensure your phone is reachable and wait for our staff. To ensure your safety, please do not interact or leave with strangers. Passengers are required to board the vehicle at the location designated by the driver. Transportation: A 5-9 seat vehicle will be selected based on the actual number of people to ensure each person has a seat.
Tickets: First admission tickets to Sanxingdui Museum and Jiuzhaigou; if Sanxingdui tickets are unavailable, there will be no price difference to substitute with Jinsha Site Museum.
Accommodation: Accommodation will be at Howard Johnson Tianyuan Resort Jiuzhaigou (Garden Building) or similar, depending on actual availability. Hotels in the Jiuzhaigou area promote environmental protection and do not provide disposable toiletries. Guests are advised to bring their own. If fully booked, alternative hotels of the same standard will be arranged.

Full refund for cancellations made 15 days or more before departure
Cancellation 6-15 days (inclusive) before departure will incur a 50% loss of the tour fee.
Cancellations made 5 days or less before departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Full refund loss will be charged for cancellations made within five (5) days (inclusive) prior to the tour during peak season and holidays [Peak season: June to October; Holidays: Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Day].
A full cancellation fee, equivalent to the total tour price, will be charged for cancellations made within three (3) days of the tour date during the off-season (November to May).
