Day 2

Eligibility

• Children are defined as those under 1.2 meters in height.

• Children taller than 1.2 meters are charged the same rate as adults.

• Child without bed, one regular seat on the vehicle. Please take care of any other expenses incurred.

• Participants must be aged 6+ to participate in this activity

• Participants must be aged under 65 to take part in this activity

• Seniors aged 66+ should present a medical certificate before participating

• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women.

• Seniors aged 65 and above are required to sign a senior citizen liability waiver; seniors aged 70-74 must be accompanied by a young, direct relative and sign a senior citizen liability waiver.

• No prior medical history, no hypertension, no heart disease, no cerebral infarction, no major surgeries. Confirmed by signature of self and immediate family members.

• We offer complimentary pick-up service within the Third Ring Road. However, pick-up times are early. If you choose to forgo the early pick-up, the fee is non-refundable. The tour guide will contact you before 9 PM the night before the tour to confirm the departure time and location. If you do not receive notification, please contact our staff.
• For your safety, please keep your valuables with you at all times! Do not leave valuables in hotel rooms or on tour buses. Please safeguard your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to personal negligence.
• Please ensure you bring a valid form of identification when you depart. You will be responsible for any losses incurred, such as denied boarding, train travel, hotel check-in, or attraction visits, due to failure to provide valid identification.
• Any voluntary departure from the tour or changes to the itinerary made by the guest during the trip will be considered a forfeit. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the guest will be responsible for any other costs and safety issues arising therefrom.
• The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting on their own accord. Tourists must ensure they are in good health before participating in travel itineraries arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any relevant information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to a tourist's physical discomfort.
• In keeping with our commitment to environmental sustainability, disposable toiletries are not provided. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
• This itinerary involves a long journey, mostly on mountain roads. If you are prone to motion sickness, please be sure to bring motion sickness medication. There may be heavy traffic along the way, which could cause delays in meal times or a late return to Chengdu. Thank you for your understanding.
• Accommodation facilities along the Aba Prefecture route are limited. Please do not measure them against urban standards and respect local ethnic customs.
• This area is located in a high-altitude region. To prevent altitude sickness, please prepare medication for altitude sickness before departure. Oxygenated water is also available for purchase at altitude sickness service stations along the way. Please choose carefully based on your individual circumstances.
• Due to limited facilities in Aba Prefecture, free public restrooms are rare along the way. There is a charge of ¥1 RMB per person per visit to use the restrooms. Thank you for your understanding.
• There is no escort during free time. Please remember the designated meeting time and location and arrive on time. We appreciate your understanding that we will not wait for latecomers.
• Traffic congestion or other unexpected situations may occur on the day of your visit. Please do not book flights or train tickets for the same day to avoid potential delays and unnecessary losses.
• Souvenirs and local products may be available for purchase along the way, as well as in restaurants and hotels. The tour guide may recommend and explain these to tourists. If interested, please purchase carefully based on your needs and remember to ask for an invoice. There are street vendors and supermarkets along the way; please do not easily trust them to avoid unnecessary expenses.
• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
