• The tour agency reserves the right to refuse service before or during the trip due to disruptive behaviour, lack of physical fitness, and safety considerations. We want the best experience for our guests, so some level of curation may be necessary.
• The tour agency reserves the right to cancel or rearrange trips in the event we face circumstances beyond the tour agency’s control that will not allow the trip to continue. These factors include (and are not limited to): Natural disasters in host country, unforeseen logistical issues faced by vendors in the host country. If the tour agency is unable to arrange an alternate trip, the trip will be refunded. T&Cs apply

• The activity is unable to accommodate the following dietary requirements: vegetarian diets / vegan diets
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
