Day 01:The tour begins with hotel pick-up in Cusco between 6:00 You travel by tourist vehicle for 6–7 hours to Hidroeléctrica, Upon arrival, you enjoy an included lunch before starting the 10 km (2.5–3 hour) hike to Aguas Calientes, You arrive around 4:30–5:00 p.m, meet the staff, purchase Machu Picchu tickets if needed, and check in to your accommodation. Day 02:Early in the morning, you head to the Machu Picchu entrance either by bus, extra USD12 or on foot (about 1.5 hours). It’s important to arrive at the exact entry time on your ticket. Inside the citadel, you enjoy a guided tour of about 2.5 hours, After the visit you hike back to Hidroeléctrica and must arrive by 1:00 p.m. where a transfer assistant will guide you to the vehicle returning to Cusco.
