Eligibility

  • Admission is free for visitors aged 18 and under, as well as high school students and younger

  • Please present a valid ID or certificate if you qualify for free admission (aged 18 and under, high school students, university/vocational students, seniors aged 65 and older, or certificate holders)

  • Admission is free for holders of a Physical Disability Certificate, Ai-no-Techo (Certificate of Intellectual Disability), Ryoiku Techo, Mental Disability Certificate, or Atomic Bomb Survivor’s Health Handbook, along with one accompanying caregiver

Additional information

  • On the 3rd Saturday and the following Sunday of each month (Family Interaction Days), guardians (up to 2 people, residing in Tokyo) accompanying children under 18 can receive 50% off the general admission rate (please present proof of address). Tickets for this discount are sold exclusively at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum ticket counter
  • Each ticket is valid for one person, for a single entry on the day of use during the exhibition period
  • Timed-entry reservations are not required with this ticket. However, policies are subject to change, so please check the official exhibition website for the latest updates
