- On the 3rd Saturday and the following Sunday of each month (Family Interaction Days), guardians (up to 2 people, residing in Tokyo) accompanying children under 18 can receive 50% off the general admission rate (please present proof of address). Tickets for this discount are sold exclusively at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum ticket counter
- Each ticket is valid for one person, for a single entry on the day of use during the exhibition period
- Timed-entry reservations are not required with this ticket. However, policies are subject to change, so please check the official exhibition website for the latest updates

- Please refrain from talking on mobile phones inside the venue
- Photography and sketching are prohibited inside the venue, except in designated areas where photography is explicitly permitted. Please do not use writing utensils other than pencils
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the venue
- Please follow the staff's instructions and ensure you do not disturb other visitors
- The temperature, humidity, and lighting inside the venue are strictly managed according to the conditions set by the artwork lenders. They may not always feel optimal to every visitor, but they are necessary to preserve the pieces
