- This activity is not suitable for people with respiratory issues
- This activity is not suitable for people with recent surgeries
- Smoking is prohibited
- You must wear closed footwear that is suitable for hiking on variable terrain
- Before starting, you have full access to toilets at the base camp. Drinking water is readily available. It is recommended to have a good drink of water here, as there are no facilities once you head out onto the mountain trails
