May to October is the peak tourist season. For orders during the peak season at JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan/Sheraton Hotel and Desert Star Hotel, the cancellation policy states no refunds or changes. Other fees will be subject to the following cancellation and change rules.
If the buyer notifies cancellation 15 to 8 days before the trip, a penalty of 20% of the total tour cost will be charged.
If the buyer notifies cancellation 7 to 2 days before the trip, a penalty of 50% of the total travel cost will be paid.
On the day the itinerary begins, if the buyer notifies cancellation, a penalty of 80% of the total tour fee will be paid.
Note: If the business loss compensation paid according to the above proportion is insufficient to cover the merchant's actual losses, the buyer shall compensate the merchant for the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order fee. Orders placed on major holidays are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Note: In case of special circumstances (such as needing to provide valid proof like medical certificates), we will actively coordinate with the hotel and do our best to secure a free cancellation or resale service.
