Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

The park offers fresh, locally sourced ingredients daily, and menus are adjusted seasonally. To dine, please make a reservation at least three days in advance. For details, please call 089-570011, extensions 11 or 12 for Customer Service, or fill out the Park Visit/Dining Reservation Form. A representative will be happy to assist you.

Dining hours are 11:00-15:00 (service ends after 15:00) Monday to Thursday.

The dining time is 11:00-20:00 (kitchen closes at 20:00) on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and consecutive holidays.

The dining time is 60 minutes. Desserts and fruits can be enjoyed in the afternoon tea area.

The face value of the ticket can be used towards purchases within the park (redeemable for park merchandise and afternoon tea, but cannot be used for dining or in conjunction with other offers).
