Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

The park offers fresh ingredients picked daily and adjusts its menu according to the season. If you wish to dine, please make a reservation three days in advance. For details, please call 089-570011 ext. 11 or 12 for customer service, or fill out the park visit/dining reservation form, and a dedicated staff member will assist you.

Dining hours from Monday to Thursday are 11:00-15:00 (no meal service after 15:00)

Dining hours on Fridays to Sundays and consecutive holidays are from 11:00 to 20:00 (food service stops after 20:00).

Dining time is 60 minutes. Desserts and fruits can be enjoyed in the afternoon tea area.

If there are any changes, the on-site announcement shall prevail.

The face value of the ticket can be used for consumption in the park (can be used for park merchandise, afternoon tea, but cannot be used to deduct dining expenses or in conjunction with other discounts).
