Eligibility

• Participants must be between 6 and 65 years old, taller than 110 cm, and in good health to participate in this activity.

Booking limitations

• A group of 4 is required during holidays/summer vacation, and a group of 6 is required at all other times. If the minimum group size is not met, the activity will be canceled, and you will be notified 2 days in advance to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Avoid wearing perfume or strongly scented cosmetics, as they can attract bees and mosquitoes. Please trim your nails before the activity, as long nails are prone to breakage during the event.
• Strongly recommended items to bring: small waterproof backpack, towel, water bottle, biscuits, snacks, National Health Insurance card, slippers, change of clothes, swimming goggles, and personal hygiene items; if you wear glasses, please add an glasses strap to prevent them from being washed away by the stream. If you wear contact lenses, please bring an extra pair of regular glasses for backup and place them in your backpack.
• Please arrive 10 minutes in advance and do not be late. To ensure the rights of all participants, those arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered to have forfeited their participation and will not be entitled to a refund.
• The on-site instructor reserves the right to adjust route planning and activity arrangements as needed. All departures are group tours. Private tours can be arranged separately for groups of 20 or more.
• Activities will proceed as scheduled even on rainy days and will not be canceled or postponed due to rain. In the event of irresistible natural factors such as earthquakes, heavy rain, road conditions, or cancellation announced by the coaching team, a full refund will be issued.
