Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

East and West Cellar Culture Tour (three sessions at 10:30, 13:30, and 15:30)

Children aged 0-12 can enter for free (must be accompanied by an adult); those aged 13 and above need to purchase a ticket.

The itinerary may be slightly adjusted based on the visitor's actual arrival time on the day. Please take note.

If the itinerary is canceled due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, heavy rain, or earthquakes, you can contact customer service to reschedule or cancel the trip.

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
