• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• The Xtracold Icebar is kept at a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius. Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing as the provided gloves and jacket will not cover your legs and feet

• Wheelchairs may enter through the main door; however, to enter the Icebar itself, there is a step from 5 cm. Normal wheelchairs which can be lifted up and will have no problem entering. Not suitable for electric wheelchairs

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Icebar management reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are intoxicated, underage, or unable to prove their age

• Please note: Amsterdam Icebar must be visited on your selected date and time. For the canal cruise, you can book the departing time at the Tours & Tickets Office (Damrak 26) upon your arrival in Amsterdam. You can join the canal cruise before or after your visit to the Amsterdam Icebar
