Cancellations made before 17:00 (inclusive) one day before the usage date will incur an 80% deduction of the user's order amount as a merchant loss fee.
Cancellations made after 17:00 one day before the usage date will incur a 100% deduction of the user's order amount as a merchant loss fee.
If the necessary expenses deducted according to the above agreed proportion are lower than the actual expenses incurred, the user shall pay according to the actual expenses incurred, but not exceeding the total order amount.
