Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Boat Tickets:

• Tickets are valid for same-day use only. Please redeem your boarding pass at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Please present your e-voucher at the Tung-kang Pier - East Pacific Okinawa Wings Taisun Shipping counter to redeem your ticket.

• How to get there: Take the High-Speed Rail to Zuoying Station in Kaohsiung. From Exit 2 of the High-Speed Rail Zuoying Station, go to the passenger waiting area on the 1st floor and transfer to the [Taiwan Tourist Shuttle-9127D] route. After getting off at the [Dongliu Line Wharf Station], walk to the Donggang Wharf - Wings of Dongliu Tai Fu Shipping counter to pick up your ticket.
• Return ferry ticket redemption: Valid for redemption and use within 7 days from the specified departure date. All scheduled departures are eligible.

• A motorcycle license is required to book this plan. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to rent due to not having a valid motorcycle license.
• If the motorcycle needs to be rescheduled, please contact the motorcycle shop.
