• Adult ticket: Age 15 years old (inclusive) or above (age calculated by birth date, based on travel date); height 150cm (exclusive) or above; all the above conditions must be met simultaneously.
• Child ticket: under 14 years old (exclusive) (age calculated by birth date, based on travel date); height 120cm (exclusive) to 150cm (inclusive); all the above conditions must be met simultaneously.

Booking limitations

• Limited to 1 per valid ID and per usage date.
• The scenic area has a unified purchase limit across all platforms. Please do not use the same identity information to make multiple purchases, to avoid order submission failure.

1. Ticket Purchase Information

• 1. Boat types and ticket prices vary, and tourists can choose according to their needs.
• 2. Children under 120 cm (inclusive) in height are exempt from tickets (each adult is limited to one child). Children between 120 cm (exclusive) and 150 cm (inclusive) in height and under 14 years old can purchase children's tickets. Those over 150 cm (exclusive) in height pay the same price as adults. Children under 120 cm (inclusive) and seniors aged 60 and above (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult when boarding the boat, and the adult is responsible for supervising the safety of the children and seniors.
• 3. Please check the price board for play and departure times. For specific times, please consult on-site staff. During peak hours, queuing may be required.
• 4. For a single ticket, single boat ride, after purchasing and verifying the ticket on the same day, you can experience one boat ride. Subsequent rides require re-purchasing a ticket.
• 5. When taking a boat, you must comply with safety regulations and strictly follow the staff's arrangements.
• 6. Life jackets are free life-saving equipment provided for smart cruise ships.
• 7. For invoice issues, please consult the staff on-site.
• 8. Charter boats can provide seasonal meal services, including selected brand tea drinks + local specialty snacks.

2. Safety Precautions

• 1. Tourists must first purchase tickets, queue up for ticket inspection and boarding, and obey the instructions of on-site staff. If you encounter any problems, please report them to the staff in a timely manner, and do not obstruct the navigation of the cruise ship.
• 2. Please wear a life jacket throughout the entire process.
• 3. It is strictly forbidden to carry prohibited items or other dangerous goods that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or may endanger the safety of personnel and property on board the ship.
• 4. Smoking is prohibited on board, pets are not allowed on board, drinking alcohol is not permitted on board, and intoxicated persons are not allowed to board.
• 5. Elderly people aged 70 (inclusive) or above, pregnant women, individuals with mobility impairments, intellectual disabilities, poor mental health, and others unsuitable for boating (including those with heart disease, high blood pressure, aquaphobia, asthma, infectious diseases, vertigo, muscle paralysis, or other conditions affecting boating safety) are not permitted to board. If a tourist conceals the aforementioned conditions and an accident occurs after boarding and setting sail, they shall bear the consequences themselves.
• 6. Please strictly abide by the safety management regulations of the cruise terminal. When boarding and disembarking, you may only proceed after the staff have stabilized the vessel and given notification; queue in an orderly manner for boarding and disembarking, do not run, push, or climb arbitrarily, to avoid accidents such as bumps, squeezes, injuries, or falling into the water.
• 7. During the boat trip, passengers are not allowed to board or disembark, change seats, stand on the boat, walk around freely, rock the boat, play in the water, or engage in other similar activities to prevent the boat from tilting and causing accidents. Dangerous actions such as running, jumping, or intentionally colliding with the boat are prohibited.
• 8. Please take good care of your valuables such as mobile phones, cameras, and video cameras to prevent them from falling into the water or getting lost.
• 9. Please consciously cherish public property and protect the environment. Do not damage or dismantle boat parts and internal signs; it is forbidden to throw garbage, debris, and other waste into the water to keep the boat and river clean.
• 10. While sailing, please ensure that accompanying seniors and children are well looked after. Do not extend your head, hands, shoulders, or any other body parts outside the boat. If you feel unwell or encounter danger, please inform the safety officer on board immediately.
• 11. Life-saving equipment is provided on board as required. In case of an accident, please wait for rescue or self-rescue under the direction of the staff.
• 12. Cruise ships must operate within designated areas and cannot cross into areas outside the established routes.
• 13. If a tourist's behavior affects or endangers the normal navigation of the cruise ship, and persuasion is ineffective, the staff has the right to recall the cruise ship, and the fees paid by the passenger will not be refunded.
• 14. In case of severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen incidents, staff members have the right to recall tour boats.
• 15. If the vessel ceases operation due to force majeure such as extreme weather affecting vessel operating safety, river control, or vessel malfunction, tourists may choose to refund their tickets.
• 16. To ensure the safety of the boat trip, tourists must comply with the above safety instructions. Tourists shall bear corresponding responsibilities for any adverse consequences or safety accidents caused by their own reasons. Those who deface items on the boat or cause damage to the property of the cruise ship shall compensate according to the price.
• 17. Our company will pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law for those who deliberately damage the order and safety of cruise ships and docks.
