• Adult Ticket: For individuals aged 15 (inclusive) or older (age is calculated based on the birthdate, with the date of travel as the reference); and with a height of 150cm (excluding) or taller; both of the above conditions must be met.
• Child tickets: Age 14 (not included) and under (age is calculated based on birthday, with the date of travel as the standard); Height 120cm (not included) ~ 150cm (included); The above conditions must be met simultaneously.

Booking limitations

• Limited to one purchase per valid ID per date of use.
• The scenic area has a purchase limit on all platforms, so please do not use the same identification information to purchase multiple times, so as not to cause the order to fail to submit.

• 1. Different boat types and ticket prices are available, and visitors can choose according to their needs.
• 2. Children under 120cm (inclusive) ride free (one child per adult), children between 120cm (exclusive) and 150cm (inclusive) and under 14 years old can purchase a child's ticket, and those 150cm (exclusive) and above pay the same price as adults. Children under 120cm (inclusive) and elderly people aged 60 (inclusive) and above must be accompanied by an adult on the boat, who is responsible for supervising the safety of the children and elderly.
• 3. Please check the price list for playtime and departure times. Please consult on-site staff for specific times. Queuing may be required during peak periods.
• 4. Single ticket for a single boat ride: You can experience one boat ride on the day of purchase and verification. For subsequent boat rides, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
• 5. When taking a boat, you must abide by the safety instructions and strictly follow the arrangements of the staff.
• 6. Life jackets are free life-saving equipment provided by intelligent cruise ships.

II. Safety Precautions

• 1. Tourists must purchase tickets first, line up to have their tickets checked before boarding the boat, and follow the instructions of the on-site staff. If you encounter any problems, please promptly report them to the staff and do not obstruct the navigation of the cruise ship.
• Please wear a life jacket at all times.
• 3. It is strictly forbidden to carry contraband or other dangerous goods that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, and may endanger personal and property safety on board.
• 4. Smoking is prohibited on the boat, pets are not allowed on board, drinking alcohol on the boat is not permitted, and intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to board.
• Individuals aged 70 (inclusive) or older, pregnant women, individuals with mobility impairments, intellectual disabilities, impaired mental states, and others who are unsuitable for boat rides (including those with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, hydrophobia, asthma, infectious diseases, vertigo, muscle paralysis, or other illnesses that may affect boat safety) are not permitted to board. If visitors conceal the aforementioned conditions and an accident occurs after boarding and departure, they shall bear the consequences themselves.
• 6. Please strictly abide by the safety management system of the cruise ship terminal. When boarding and disembarking, please wait for the staff to stabilize the ship and inform you before taking action. Line up in an orderly manner to board and disembark the ship. Do not run, scramble, or climb to avoid bumps, bruises, falls, and other accidents.
• 7. During the cruise, getting on or off the boat, changing seats, standing on the boat, walking around, rocking the boat, or playing in the water is not allowed to avoid accidents caused by tilting of the boat. Running, jumping, deliberately colliding with the boat, and other dangerous actions are prohibited.
• 8. Please take good care of your personal belongings such as mobile phones, cameras, and video cameras to prevent them from falling into the water or getting lost.
• 9. Please consciously take care of public property and protect the environment. Do not damage or disassemble boat parts and signs in the boat; it is forbidden to throw garbage, debris and other discarded items into the water, and keep the boat and river clean.
• 10. During the ride, please take care of the elderly and children accompanying you, and do not extend your head, hands, shoulders or other body parts out of the boat. If you feel unwell or encounter danger, please inform the onboard safety officer in a timely manner.
• 11. All ships are equipped with life-saving equipment in accordance with regulations. In the event of an accident, please wait for rescue or save yourself under the direction of the staff.
• 12. Cruise ships must operate within the designated area and may not cross areas outside the established route.
• 13. If a tourist's behavior affects or endangers the normal navigation of the cruise ship, and dissuasion is ineffective, the staff has the right to recall the cruise ship, and the fees paid by the passenger will not be refunded.
• 14. In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or sudden incidents, staff have the right to recall the tour boats.
• 15. If the ship's operation is stopped due to force majeure such as extreme weather affecting the safety of the ship's operation, river channel control, or ship failure, tourists can choose to refund their tickets.
• 16. To ensure the safety of the cruise, tourists must comply with the above safety instructions. Tourists shall bear the corresponding responsibility for any adverse consequences or safety accidents caused by tourists themselves, and shall be compensated at the price for any contamination of items on board or loss of property of the cruise ship.
