• Participants must be a height of 100 cm to use Wow Pass ticket

Additional information

• If you buy the wrong ticket type, please upgrade your tickets at the ticket booth and pay the price difference, if any.

• Peak time at cable car station: Departure from 9:00 - 11:30 and Return from 15:00 - 16:30

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Present your mobile voucher

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a Wow Pass wristband at Ba Na Hills ticket counter

• A separate admission ticket is required for entry to Ba Na Hills

• Present Wow Pass wristband at the cable car station to access the cable car priority queue
