Eligibility

• Concession tickets are only for those aged 11+ who are students, trainees, or severely injured

• The maximum of the group size is 30 people. However, the maximum group size depends on wind force

• The frequency of the balloon rises every 15 to 20 minutes. If the balloon is about to launch when you reach the cash desk, you can unwind in the balloon garden, savor a drink, and look forward to your ride
