• Please note that no large backpacks or suitcases are allowed on board, however, bags that are the same size as an airline carry-on are allowed
• Please note that is no bag storage at the marina and you may miss your departure if you bring bags that are not allowed
• Please note that most hostels/hotels in Airlie beach have bag storage facilities for bigger bags
• Please note that glass bottles of red wine, sleeping bags, or pillows, passport or important travel documents, shampoo and conditioner, plastic bags are not allowed
• Please note that although the winters may be cooler and summer months (November-March) can be extremely hot and humid, especially downstairs on a boat. Please be prepared that you may find it slightly uncomfortable sleeping at night
• Please note that an alcohol policy is in place on Mandrake. Each guest can take a maximum of 24 cans of beer/4 liters cask wine (goon)/1 liter of spirits, any more than this will not be allowed on board. All alcohol, soft drinks, and bottled water must be purchased before boarding your vessel. (Please note that glass bottles are not allowed on board)
• OzSail suggests guest take their travel sickness tablets as they are not allowed to provide the guests with any medication
• OzSail strongly encourages all guests to travel with travel insurance with coverage for damaged property and medical emergencies including ambulance cover
• Please note that at the end of your sailing adventure, OzSail has booked you a VIP table at Beaches Backpackers at 18:30 for dinner and drinks followed by free entry and more VIP treatment at Paddy’s Shenanigans, Airlie’s iconic party spot. OzSail recommend that you get to Airlie Beach one day before departure and leave Airlie Beach the day after you return to land, to enjoy the after-party
