• If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 1 hour(s) before the activity time

• The Emerald Clipper accommodates standard manual wheelchairs and features an accessible restroom onboard. However, motorized wheelchairs cannot be accommodated due to space and boarding constraints. Guests requiring standard wheelchair assistance must indicate this option when booking and notify the operator to add a note to the reservation

• Whale sightings are guaranteed. If no whales are seen during the tour, guests receive a voucher for a complimentary return trip valid for one year from the tour date

• The Emerald Clipper is not equipped with air conditioning

• A variety of locally sourced food, drinks, snacks, and gift shop items are available onboard for purchase

• Service animals are allowed on board
