• Operator might arrange a Harbour cruise only if the weather does not suitable for squid fishing
• Operator will arrange to reschedule if Typhoon Signal no.3 or Black Rainstorm hosted 2 hours before the pickup time
• According to the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinances and for safety reasons, when the Black rainstorm signal or Typhoon signal 3 or above is hoisted during the rental hours, vessel owners reserve the right to return at an earlier time than scheduled. No compensation and refund will be provided
