• It is mandatory that children 2 years or younger MUST have a special child seat that customers are required to bring on their own or else they will not be able to participate in the tour.

• New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old and all children under 2 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.
