How to redeem

• Enter the venue directly with your voucher

• 1 Day 2 park General Admission Ticket (giving adult general admission access to the guest’s choice of any 2 from the following list: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Yas Island Abu Dhabi or or Warner Bros.WorldTM Abu Dhabi or SeaWorld® Yas Island Abu Dhabi, all in one day)
• It is important that each guest has their own ticket.
• Guests must remember which ticket belongs to which member of their group/ family. Once a ticket has been associated with a particular fingerprint, only the guest that used it first can enter using the same fingerprint for the other park entitlements.
• Guests attempting to enter the parks using tickets that are not in accordance with the terms & conditions of our ticketing will be referred back to the company that they purchased their tickets from and/or the original issuer.
• • Please take note of the new entry process for multi-park tickets will be implemented from 20th January 2026 to improve guest experience and strengthen fraud prevention measures.

• The new process will allow guests to simply scan their face at the turnstile and enter the parks.
• Steps :

• Scan the QR code on the Ticket & Select "Register Face Tag "
• Complete your personal details & Accept terms & Conditions
• Capture your face & upload your photo

• Each guest must have an individual park ticket and complete their own registration
• It is recommended that this process is completed at the point of sale or at least one day before their visit when guests have access to internet / Wi-Fi
• Guests who do not register in advance may experience delays at the entrance

• Guests who wish to opt out of using the biometric check can do so by visiting our guest services and showing an official government ID (full details of this process can be found on our park website)

• Formula Rossa now requires a reservation upon park entry on a first-come, first-served basis
• How to Book: Guests can scan the QR code at the park entrance or visit the Information Desk to book a 30-minute time slot
• Limited Availability: Time slots are limited, so we recommend booking immediately upon arrival
• Evening Access: From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, no time slots are required; direct access is permitted
• Fast Track Upgrade: Standard Fast Track is not valid for Formula Rossa. Guests can upgrade to the Formula Rossa Fast Track for 50 AED per ride
• Booking Limits: Each email address is limited to one time slot per day, with a maximum of 5 guests per booking
