• The bike tour is scheduled for the day following the Alcatraz tour. The date and time indicated on the confirmation are for the Alcatraz tour, with the bike tour booked for the following day. Should you need to change your bike tour date, please reach out to the local operator directly. However, due to National Park restrictions, Alcatraz reservations cannot be altered or rescheduled after purchase
• The Cellhouse audio tour is available in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish
• Names of all participants must be provided to receive Alcatraz tickets during the booking. Incomplete information will result in not receiving tickets
• Bike rental may require a credit card deposit or authorization at bike tour check-in
