• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Participants must wear the official Grip Socks of Vaunce when using the trampoline for safety reasons

• Due to large crowds, participants may not be allowed to enter on their scheduled date. If the number of maximum people exceeded, certain restrictions for entering and waiting will be implemented. No refunds will be issued

• The General Zone ticket is for participants with a height over 100cm

• Children under 100cm must purchase a ticket for the Kids Zone on site

• Infants aged 0-12 months cannot be accommodated by the Kids Zone

• Participants that wish to watch the activity must purchase a guardian ticket for KRW6,000 onsite

• Guardian tickets come with a complimentary cup of cofee

• Sky Challenge Course is only available every hour for 25 minutes (e.g. Time: 10:00-10:25)

• For your safety, please follow all safety instructions given by staff. Any issues caused due to negligence of instructions will be considered as the participant's responsibility

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be refunded. Participants must notify the front desk in case of loss and pay an additional surcharge fee of KRW13,000

• An additional time-out fee of KRW2,000 per 10 minutes will be charged for visitors that stay more than 2 hours. Please pay directly to the staff on site
