To help us serve everyone fairly, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to other guests who are waiting.
• (2) Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. As a small team, we prepare staff, space, and materials just for you—last-minute changes are very hard for us to recover from and affect our ability to keep services accessible and affordable.
