Eligibility

• Participants 3 years old and above are required to purchase a ticket to enter the course
• Children under 3 years old are welcome to join their family at the course, free of charge but they will not be assigned their own putter or golf ball
• Children under 13 years old will require at least 1 accompanying and paying adult to enter the course

Additional information

• All participants are expected to read the Conditions of Use and agree to the terms before entering UltraGolf
• The 18-hole game must be completed in one sitting by the same ticket holder within the stipulated session
• No sharing of ticket is allowed, and both the putting club and golf ball must be returned to the ticketing counter upon completion of the game
• In the event of lightning warning, play will be suspended temporarily or cancelled for your safety. You may do a one-time reschedule of your play within 30 days if you have purchased the Inclement Weather Insurance
• UltraGolf reserves the right to refuse entry if a person is under the influence of alcohol.

Meet-up information

• Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• There will be no extensions for latecomers, and no refunds for latecomers or no-shows.
