The mountain roads in the plateau area are winding and tortuous, a bit steep, but also a beautiful landscape.

If these circumstances prevent the agreed-upon plan from being executed, any additional costs incurred due to the changes will be borne by the traveler.
• For late flights or during free time, please arrange your airport transfer time with the local transfer staff. If you require a day-use room, please consult with the transfer staff; room fees are payable directly to the hotel front desk. During periods marked as "free time" in the itinerary, guests are responsible for their personal safety and property security. Safety during free time is the sole responsibility of the guest! To protect the interests of tourists and avoid unnecessary losses and disputes, please inform your tour operator in advance!
• Yunnan is home to many ethnic minorities, each with unique customs and traditions. Please treat the local culture with respect, as a valued guest, to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings or conflicts that may affect your trip.
• Due to the tour package discount you received from the travel agency, any potential discounts based on identification during the trip will be calculated according to the travel agency's discounted rate, and will not be based on the attraction's listed price.
• Special Note: This tour does not include an English-speaking guide. Non-Chinese speaking international visitors are advised to participate in the activity with a Chinese-speaking companion.
• Any optional activities during the trip are at your discretion and are not mandatory. Please consider carefully before participating.
• Please ensure to bring the original, valid identification documents (ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, household registration booklet for children, etc.) that were used during registration. You will be responsible for any consequences resulting from delays or hotel check-in issues caused by personal reasons. If you have documentation that qualifies for ticket discounts, you may be eligible for discounts on some tickets, excluding those for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain/Lugu Lake. The tour guide will refund the difference on-site (specific discounts are subject to the actual discounts offered by the scenic area).
• Yunnan is a major province for tourism with a wide variety of souvenirs. During free time in the itinerary, please use your own judgment when purchasing items. This itinerary does not include shopping stops. You are responsible for any shopping-related issues that may arise.
• Travelers should truthfully inform our company of their personal health information related to travel activities. They shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from concealment.
• In the event of special refund circumstances during the trip, refunds will be based on the actual costs incurred by the travel agency and will not reference take-out menu prices.
• Gifts/food/items, etc., are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash if unused.
