• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children need to be hand carried by their parents as no seats will be allotted for them. Also, there must always be parental consent for all kids
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• The operator will send FINAL tour details a day before your tour schedule. Details indicated in the page serves as an overview. You will receive the guide's details on the day before the tour so you may identify them at the meeting location.
• Tour procedure starts with meetup of all joiner guests. Operator will advise final details a day prior to tour schedule. Guests must contact the tour guide assigned immediately after receipt of the tour reminders so they will be connected.
• Free drone shots and mermaid tail use are NOT paid for services by the guests but rather just VALUE-ADDED freebies under conditions and availability. Free drone shots will only be available if there’s at least 15pax joiners. Limited mermaid tail supplies and all joiner group shots are provided. These aren’t usually available when it’s rainy or windy and when there aren’t droners around ( low season ) during the tour day. Guests are clearly informed and made aware that the drone and mermaid tail add-ons are “conditional freebies.” In the event that these are not available during your tour day, guests have no right to complain or ask for a refund as this is not part of your paid services— so kindly manage your expectations especially when you travel on low season and rainy months as these are just FREEBIES.
• During the meetup, guests will proceed at the tour station for attendance checking, guest registrations and tour waiver completion.
• Tour Permits will be processed and departure will follow once everything is completed. Guests may grab breakfast or light snacks at the station while waiting for tour clearances.
• Tour rates are subject to change without prior notice. Should there be an adjustment in the tariffs set by the LGU, the tour operator reserve the right to adjust accordingly.
• The itinerary serves as a general overview and is not final, as it may change due to tide schedules, tour logistics, weather conditions, tourist volume, and other external factors.
• If your travel date falls on a peak holiday, please expect possible adjustments to the itinerary and tour details. Joiners are expected to follow any changes made.
• FREE Cancellation is available for cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled tour date.
• Reschedule and modification requests must be made at least 2 days prior to the tour and are subject to availability.
• In case of extreme weather or unforeseen events, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, guests may opt to reschedule.
• Guests who are non-compliant, rude, or disrespectful will not be allowed to join the tour. Their booking will be invalidated, and the operator reserves the right to refuse service.
• If the tour is cancelled on the day itself by the local tourism office due to weather, force majeure, or pandemic-related restrictions, guests may reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible due to guest availability, a partial refund will be issued with a ₱399 service fee deduction, as all bookings are non-refundable by policy.
• For guests who book 2 or more joiner tours, the operator may adjust tour dates depending on availability and tour viability.
• Pregnant women and persons with disabilities are allowed to join this tour but must ensure that they are safe to travel and experience potential rough conditions (e.g. rainy weather, bumpy roads)
