• Depending on the weather and fruit growth conditions, if picking is not available, each person will receive a gift of two pre-picked fruits
• Kokia flowers turn red from early Oct until the end of month, and actual growth may be different due to weather conditions
• In the case of small number of participants, rental car may be arranged for tour departure
• There is a possibility that the pears may not be ripe enough to pick due to the weather. In this case, the activity will be replaced by pre-picked fruits for tasting
