Overtime fees/over-kilometer fees will be charged if the actual usage time exceeds the service time or the trip distance: Overtime for 5-seater and 7-seater vehicles will be calculated at JPY 6,000/hour. Overtime for 10-seater vehicles will be calculated at JPY 10,000/hour. If the total trip exceeds 250 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged.
If both overtime fees and over-mileage fees occur, the higher single charge will apply; they will not be charged simultaneously.
