• Due to the special nature of the performance, children under 1.2 meters (inclusive) are not allowed to watch the performance. Children over 1.2 meters need full tickets.

• Ticket checking will stop 10 minutes before the show starts. Latecomers will not be admitted and no refunds will be accepted.
• Drinks, food and dangerous items are not allowed in the theater. Smoking is not allowed in the theater.
• The sound, light and electricity effects during the performance are realistic. Those who are uncomfortable with strong light should watch the performance with caution; pregnant women, audiences with heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy and other medical histories, please consult a doctor and take personal protection in advance
• Due to the special nature of the performance, you are not allowed to leave the audience after the performance begins. In case of special circumstances, you will not be able to re-enter the viewing area after leaving
• Please keep quiet during the performance and do not make loud noises. Please make sure your phone is in silent or vibrate mode.
• If the performance is postponed, delayed or cannot be performed due to force majeure, the operator will notify you in advance. If the performance is cancelled due to force majeure, a refund will be made based on the actual ticket price.
