• Wheelchair-accessibility: Boats are accessible to guests with limited mobility who are able to step on and off independently (two steps required). Wheelchairs cannot be brought onboard. In Amsterdam, wheelchairs can be safely stored on the Lovers Canal Cruises quay at Prins Hendrikkade during the cruise
