Thien Minh Dalat Adventure Pass: Zipline, ATV, Giant Swing & Bungee

Eligibility

• Free for children with a height of 100cm or below

• Children: from 1m to 1.2m in height

• Senior aged 65 and above, and people with disabilities, are required to present valid identification documents.

• Participants aged over 65 are considered seniors, based on their official ID

Additional information

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• GAME RULES & LIABILITY WAIVER

• 1. Zipline, Bungee Jumping, and Giant Swing activities are only applicable for guests who meet the following requirements: a. Height from 1.3m and above; b. Age from 12 to 55 years old; c. Weight from 40kg to 110kg.
• 2. Guests with heart conditions, bone/joint problems, head or skull-related conditions, unsuitable body weight, pregnant women, guests under the influence of alcohol, or those with injuries are not permitted to participate in the activities.
• 3. Do not tamper with or intentionally impact the provided safety equipment.
• 4. Do not voluntarily exit or jump off the course without instruction.
• 5. No one is allowed to participate in the activities without authorization. Participants may only join after receiving safety instructions, game regulations, and all necessary information related to the activities.
• 6. Do not joke around, push, or engage in unsafe behavior while participating in the activities.
• 7. Participants must wear appropriate and comfortable clothing. Helmets and safety gear provided must be worn at all times during participation.
• 8. Please take extra care with prescription glasses and contact lenses while participating. The use of eyeglass straps is recommended.
• 9. Sharp objects such as knives, scissors, or similar items are not allowed inside the activity area.
• 10. Smoking, alcoholic beverages, stimulants, narcotics, and weapons are strictly prohibited within the activity area.
• 11. Participation without wearing a safety harness is strictly prohibited. Safety harnesses must be worn properly and securely at all times.
• 12. Chewing gum, candy, and other food items are not allowed inside the activity area.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
