• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• You can complete the waiver form online before your booking by visiting Official Website. For anyone under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver form on behalf of the underage person. This can be done before you arrive or at the venue.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Pets are prohibited
• The activity is not recommended: pregnant women
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
