Eligibility

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

  • Free for children aged 0-4

  • Children aged 0-4 must be accompanied by a paying adult

  • This activity has no age limit

  • A valid student ID is required for college students

  • Free tickets are available for WWII veterans on site (Valid ID required)

Additional information

  • Visitors' attire must be appropriate without profanity, nudity, or other offensive material

  • It is recommended to bring a sweater

  • Manual wheelchair rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorized scooter rentals are not available but are allowed on campus

  • Small bags and backpacks are allowed; subject to random search at the discretion of security

  • Small lockers (Purse and backpack size) are available on-site

  • Rolling luggage can be stored at the Guest Services Desk subject to availability

  • Drones are prohibited without permission

  • Tripods or oversized equipment is prohibited

  • Water bottles with secure lids are allowed

  • Medical devices and prescribed medications are allowed with proper documentation

  • Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

  • Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

  • Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

  • Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security

  • This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

  • Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
