Eligibility

  • Free for children aged 0-1
  • Children are not allowed to enter by themselves
  • Children (elementary school age and younger) must be accompanied by a guardian (or dependent or equivalent person over 20 years old)
  • Adults (junior high school students and above) cannot enter by themselves

Additional information

  • Parents will be required to wear a wristband at the reception. Once you have checked in, you can come and go within the designated time
  • Eating and drinking at the table is OK. It is OK to bring in food and drinks. Please be sure to eat and drink at a table. Please take your trash home with you
  • Please be accompanied by a guardian. A usage fee will be charged based on the number of people attending
  • The diaper changing table is located in the women's restroom inside the store. For men, please use the baby care room on the 4th floor
  • There is no nursing room in The Kids, it is located on the 4th floor one floor above
  • Entrance tickets to our store can be reserved in advance or purchased at our store
  • If advance reservation tickets are sold out, please purchase at our reception desk
  • During busy times, you may have to wait to enter
  • You may not be able to enter depending on the congestion situation
  • Please come in the same outfit as everyone who will be entering together
  • Please purchase tickets for the number of people attending
  • Please be sure to accompany your child when entering and exiting the venue
  • Prices will change during the year-end and New Year holidays and long vacation periods. In that case, you can use the service by paying the difference on-site
