• Early check-in is subject to availability. Early check-in can be accommodated if there will be no guests for check-out on the same day. Information about the possibility of early check-in will be available 16 hours before your arrival

• Late check-out is subject to availability. You will be informed about the possibility of a late check-out 2 hours before your check-out time

• Incidental Deposit Policy: A PHP 2,500 deposit will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation

• Liquor and Drink Corkage: Please declare all liquor and drinks upon check-in. Failure to do so will incur double charges

• All pets must be wearing diapers all the time

• Pets must be newly bathed or groomed before check-in

• Pets are allowed inside the living room and bedrooms, but they must be wearing diapers and inside their carriers. They are strictly prohibited on beds, sofas, and linens. However, if you wish to sleep beside them, kindly bring their own bed sheets to be laid on top of the bed and sofa

• Pets are strictly not allowed inside the dipping pool

• Guests bear full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets

• Smoking is only allowed outside and strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Kindly throw your cigarette butts on the ashtray provided or in the trashcan

• The noise level must be kept at a minimum after 22:00. Our caretakers have the right to inform and warn the guests. The operator has the right to deny you service from the venue if all these rules were broken

• Please refrain from moving appliances and furnishings from their designated places without the management's consent

• Any missing or damaged items shall be declared and charged to the guests. If you break something, you will pay it in full

• Please help us conserve energy and water by switching off all the lights and appliances that are not being used and ensuring all water faucets are turned off properly after each use. Please notify our caretakers for any malfunctions (i.e., sinks, faucets, showers, lights, outlets, etc.)

• CLAYGO (CLEAN AS YOU GO): Please leave the place the way we endorsed it. Kindly wash all your dishes and throw your garbage in their proper bins

• No littering. Kindly dispose of your garbage properly

• No shoes or outside slippers inside the cabin. We will provide you with indoor slippers to be used only inside the cabin. Kindly bring your own outdoor slippers

• Strictly no jumping in the pool. Our pool is just a dipping pool measuring 3 m x 2.5 m with a 4-foot and 2-foot depth. It is not a place for diving

• Bringing of electrical appliances such as electric kettles, electric grillers, and electric hotpots is strictly not allowed. This will affect the supply of electricity as these appliances require higher wattage and may cause overloading. A penalty of PHP 2,500 will be imposed for using these items in the villa. We provide a charcoal griller, portable stove with samgyupsal plate, and shabu shabu hotpot for you to use

• Water consumption: We have limited water resources as we are located on top of the mountain, so we ask all our guests to please help us conserve water. An allowance of 200 liters per guest per night, which is usually enough for the whole stay per guest, will be provided. Each villa has a water meter located at the back where you can monitor your usage. We hope for your kind consideration and compliance with this regulation. An additional fee of PHP 650/cubic meter once you have consumed all your water allowance and you still need more will apply

• Respect for caretakers: We have our stay-in staff, and they are happy to assist you during your stay. They will meet you at the resort, help you unload, set up the house (stove, grill, mats, games, etc.), set up the bonfire pit, and, otherwise, leave you be. But please note that they are not there to wash your dishes, set up the table for you, make your beds while you’re there, or buy things for you outside. If you are unsure about what you can ask them to do, please ask the operator directly. Allow them to rest from 22:00 to 07:00 and, unless absolutely necessary, avoid calling on them after or before those times. Tips to express your appreciation of their services are most welcome; you may give this directly to them

• Pool reminders: Please take note of the swimming requirements. No to cotton garments or street clothes of any kind. Yes to spandex, nylon, rayons, board shorts, and rashguards. We are very strict about swimming attire so that we can keep our pool in a pristine state as possible for your enjoyment and good health

• Visitors: Not on the list; no visit. To ensure the safety and security of all guests in the property, no visitors of the guests will be allowed. Only registered checked-in guests are allowed to enter and stay in the property

• A deposit of PHP2,500 is required for security purposes, payable onsite

• A surcharge of PHP650/cubic meter will apply if you exceed the water allowance of 200 liters per guest per night, payable onsite
