Additional information

• The period of validity is calculated from the first day of use and lasts for the number of days indicated on the ticket. Usage days must be consecutive.
• For example, if a two-day pass is first used on 2023/01/01, the card is valid until 2023/01/02.
• Order is only confirmed upon completion of payment.
• Once any item or complimentary gift in the package has been redeemed, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
• Present your Fun Pass to the staff at the designated redemption location. Follow the staff's instructions to enter after the Fun Pass has been scanned. Designated redemption location information:
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for public safety reasons. Notice and contact will be made in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change details of the event.
• Please be sure to confirm the admission method for each attraction. Pay special attention to attractions where you need to exchange for a ticket before entering: Maokong Gondola, Miramar Entertainment Park Ferris Wheel, Taipei Zoo, Heping Island Park, National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, to avoid incorrect deductions from your EasyCard after value-added.

How to Use the 3 Major Business District Gift Package:

• Receive a gift pack (coupons) when purchasing and collecting your card
• Redeem the voucher and have it stamped at designated stores.
• Enjoy discounts or redeem gifts.
• Please redeem in-store during the business hours of participating merchants. Merchants reserve the right to the final interpretation of the offer details.
• The redemption period for the gift pack is valid until March 31, 2024. Each person is limited to one gift redemption per voucher. Please present the original paper voucher when redeeming the gift pack; photocopies will not be accepted.
• When redeeming the package at the store, it must be redeemed in full at once and cannot be exchanged for cash or given as change.
• Limited quantities of store gifts are available, while supplies last. The store reserves the right to substitute the original gift with other items of equal value.

Restrictions:

• Taipei Children's Amusement Park: This is an admission ticket + four ride coupons. Please keep the four ride coupons with you at all times to redeem for four rides out of 13 available attractions.
• Tamsui Historical Museum: This ticket provides visitors with one-time admission to Fort Santo Domingo, the Little White House, and Hobe Fort.
• Gold Museum: This ticket provides access to the Four Joined Residences, Ecology Hall, Gold Refining Building, and Gold Building. It does not include other paid experience activities within the park.
• Heping Island Park: Tickets do not include access to the rock control area or Alabao Bay.
• Beitou Museum: This ticket provides access to the "Special Exhibition Gallery" and the "Permanent Exhibition Gallery" only. For "Daguan Room" and "Yiranju Restaurant" dining services, please refer to the on-site fees and reservation services at Beitou Museum. For more information, please visit Beitou Museum.
• Xpark: Please present your Fun Pass at the ticket counter to purchase adult tickets for a discounted price of $440 (original price $600). Student tickets are available for the group discount price of $410 (original price $430), and child/disabled tickets are available for the group discount price of $260 (original price $270). After staff scans and verifies your card, you can purchase tickets at the discounted price and enter the aquarium through the entrance gate. (Limit of one ticket per type, maximum of 4 tickets of different types can be purchased).
• EasyCard: This special EasyCard can only be loaded with cash. If a refund is required, the loaded value is refundable, subject to a NT$20 processing fee; however, the card itself is non-refundable. For other usage or refund-related regulations, please refer to the EasyCard instructions included with the card.
