• Entry slots are limited per hour (maximum 7 groups, up to 6 people per group). Please purchase tickets in advance. During holidays and peak hours, there are capacity limits, and on-site entry may require waiting depending on crowd conditions.

• The experience involves visual stimulation effects (light and shadow, 3D stereoscopic images). Individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or those sensitive to visual stimuli should consider carefully before entering or consult a doctor first.

• If any facilities, equipment, or props within the venue are damaged during the experience, you will be liable for corresponding compensation and legal responsibility based on the actual extent of the damage.

• If personal actions cause injury to others, one must also bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
