Driver: Must be 155 cm (inclusive) or taller; those between 155-157 cm, 195 cm (inclusive) or taller, and those under 18 years old, must pass an on-site vehicle operation safety test due to driving safety considerations before being allowed to drive.

Drivers must be 18 years of age or older and complete an introductory course; those under 18 must have their legal guardian personally read and fill out a parental consent form at the ticket purchase site.

For safety reasons, we are unable to provide driving services to seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above, individuals with disabilities, pregnant women, those who are intoxicated (after drinking), those with cardiovascular diseases, high (low) blood pressure, epilepsy, neck or back conditions, and those who are feeling unwell.

For safety, long hair must be tied up and placed inside the helmet; when driving on the field, pants and fully enclosed, non-high-heeled shoes (e.g., sneakers) must be worn; for other riding restrictions, please refer to on-site announcements.

Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
