  • (1) Indoor skiing is a high-risk sport and is not suitable for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, fractures, joint dislocations, pregnant women, intoxicated persons, or those medically identified as unsuitable for strenuous exercise. Skiers must carefully choose the difficulty of the slopes; otherwise, they shall bear any personal or property losses caused thereby.
  • (2) The resort has slopes of varying difficulty, including beginner and intermediate slopes. Beginners who enter intermediate slopes without proper skill may sustain sports injuries, leading to personal/property damage to you or others. Please choose an appropriate slope according to your own skiing level.
  • (3) Ski resorts have ski areas with ramps and terrain parks for freestyle skiing. These ski areas require visitors to have advanced skiing skills and are more dangerous than advanced trails and other non-freestyle ski trails. Please choose to play based on your skiing level. When playing, be sure to stay within your technical ability and pay attention to safe skiing.
  • (4) Please note that tickets are non-transferable and will be void immediately upon alteration; once tickets are collected on the day of entry, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and are limited to single use only. Re-entry after exiting requires a new ticket purchase. Ticket scalping and soliciting are prohibited at the snow park, and the park reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors using lost or expired tickets.

  • (13) To maintain public health and safety, the ski resort prohibits spitting, littering, unauthorized climbing, moving, carving, defacing, or damaging fences, corridors, sculptures, signs, communication equipment, and other facilities; open flames, smoking (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke), and other behaviors that pose safety hazards are prohibited. If discovered, the ski resort has the right to warn and stop the behavior according to relevant regulations, and the person concerned shall bear the corresponding compensation liability.
  • (14) We may take photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings within the park at any time. Your entry into the park will be deemed as your consent to be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded, and you agree that we may use images and/or recordings containing your likeness and/or voice for our internal business, administrative, and operational purposes, or other directly related purposes, for purposes of meeting legal, safety, or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes.

How to redeem

  • Ticket collection time: 3.5 hours before the end of scenic area operating hours.
  • Ticket collection address: Suzhou Re Xue Qi Ji scenic area ticket office or self-service ticket machine
  • Present the order retrieval code and your valid ID card at the self-service machine or manual ticketing window to exchange for a snow pass. After exchanging for the snow pass, swipe the snow pass and ID card at the gate to enter the park.
