• Please note: There is strictly no replacement for any lost / damaged / smearing of ticket.

• For two- or three-island boat tickets, once you have departed for the first island, the trip to the next island(s) may sometimes be cancelled due to weather. In this case, tickets cannot be changed or refunded. Thank you for your kind understanding, as your safety is always our priority

• If our boat operations team informs you before departure that the jetty cannot operate due to weather, you will receive a full refund

• By car: Route A: If you are NOT staying at Sutera Harbour Resort. Take a Taxi / GRAB Car to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty. At the map provided, you will notice there is a “Drop Point Gate”. There is no signboard but take a walk to the Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty and you will notice our Boat Ticket Person In-charge is waiting there. At the map provided, if you are driving a vehicle, you may park your car at the Car Park area. Then take a walk to the Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty and you will notice our Boat ticket person in-charge is waiting there.

• Nearby landmarks: Route B: If you are staying at Sutera Harbour Resort. From your room, take a walk straight to the Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty and you will notice our Boat Ticketing Person In-charge is waiting there!
