• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Proof of identity is required for both child and senior tickets (e.g., birth certificate or passport)

• No face masks, flippers, or outside flotation devices allowed in the pools

• Please dress accordingly according to the waterpark’s dress code

• Please note: The e-ticket that will be sent after booking is in A4 size and must be printed in the correct size for admission

• Important note: Please enter the Hot Springs and Spa right before you exit the park as your wristband will be removed upon exiting the Hot Springs and Spa area and you will no longer have access to the rest of the theme park

• You may stay in after the closure of the theme park to enjoy the hot spring and spa at night. However, if you exited and wish to re-enter the park for the hot spring and spa at night, you are required to purchase a Lost World Hot Springs Night Park ticket

• Add-on Lost World of Tambun meal cash voucher can be used in all restaurants except Tutti Fruity

• Locker is available at the park
