Amendment policy

• No Refund Policy – No refund upon reservation but can be rescheduled within 3 days prior notice. All paid invoices are considered the final sales and will not be refunded. Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances of this agreement for whatever reason. Any cancellations below 48 hours are automatically forfeited
• Cancellation due to weather shall only be valid if there is a severe weather naming or Typhoon and shall have coastguard consent
• Reservation is transferable to another date if we are notified at least 14 days before the date of schedule, but subject to availability. If we received the notification in less than 10 days (Based on your original booking date), a re-booking fee of PHP 2,000 per person will apply
