Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 6+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 6-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather or other force majeure, Travel Operator have the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.

• Water skill level requirement: Intermediate.
• Patients of following diseases are NOT ALLOW to participate the island tour: hypertension, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant woman.
• Requesting a Korean Speaking Guide, should inform you before the tour commences (Subject to Available). Payment MYR300.00 directly to the Tour Guide.
• Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests who come from different countries.
• Request Private Charter 10 Seater Vehicle, additional MYR300.00/vehicle. Kindly inform us before the tour commences.
• Tipping is like giving a hug. Although it’s never expected, it’s always very much appreciated.
• Customers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before traveling to Borneo. We recommend you to select a travel insurance policy that covers not only your medical expenses (including emergency repatriation) but also personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage. Doing so can prevent major disruptions and additional costs. We strongly encourage our customers to choose packages wisely, prioritize your safety first as life is priceless.
• If you wish to amend the time, you must contact operator at least 1 day before and MYR150 per booking will be charged on-site
• Only paid participants can join the activity and cannot take extra guests in
• Makeup service is not included in this package. Please prepare your self-makeup before arrival
• Please take good care of the Mermaid tails
• Mermaid tails will be provided during lessons. All tails are for lesson use only, and must be returned at the end of each lesson
• Please keep your personal belongings. The Company is not responsible for any lost or damaged items
