Eligibility
- VR experience recommended for ages 8 and up.
- Participants aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- It is recommended that the head circumference reaches 50cm for safe use of the VR device.
- Individuals aged 60 or above or those with disabilities must be accompanied by a companion to participate in the experience.
Booking limitations
- Participants should assess their own physical condition to determine whether to participate. Our company is not legally responsible for any discomfort or accidents caused by individual health conditions.
- Pregnant woman
- Individuals with a history of heart disease, stroke, or severe cardiovascular disease
- Individuals with epilepsy, vertigo, or severe vision or balance impairments
- Individuals with claustrophobia, severe motion sickness, or 3D motion sickness
- Individuals with high blood pressure or those advised by their doctor to avoid intense sensory stimulation
- Anyone who needs to avoid wearing headsets for extended periods
- If participants feel unwell during the experience, they should immediately stop the experience and notify on-site staff.
- During the experience, you must follow the instructions of the staff. All content presented is virtual. To avoid accidents, please do not run, lean, or squat.
- On-site instructors will explain safety rules and assist with the experience before it begins.
