• There are two timeslots available for this package: 09:00 or 14:00. If you choose the 09:00 timeslot, then you will be picked up at your hotel around 08:00. If you choose the 14:00 timeslot, then you will be picked up at your hotel around 13:00. Operator will reconfirm the pick-up time in advance

• Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
