In the event of suspension due to weather or technical issues, rescheduling or refunds are subject to the operator's discretion

Mobile phones, cameras, hats, glasses, and pets are not allowed on the ride

Please store all loose items in the provided lockers or leave them with a non-rider; ensure all pockets are empty before boarding

Participants must follow staff instructions at all times to ensure safety

Participants are not allowed to join the activity if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Participants may be required to remove loose footwear before boarding the ride

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with disabilities, or persons with medical conditions

Participants can rent the Insta360 service on site. The last queue for the Insta360 rental service is at 20:30

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
