• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Inclement weather: For your safety, some rides may undergo sudden maintenance (usually 30 mins to 1 hour) before resuming

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the participation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

• The validity period of your voucher is specified in your booking confirmation. Please check your booking details or contact our support team for specific information about your voucher's validity

• Monday-Friday: 10:00-22:00
• Saturday/Sunday/public holidays: 08:00 - 22:00

How to redeem

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

• Redemption location: Near Giant Balloon Wheel ride

• Please refer to the map for the redemption location (marked with the Klook logo)

• Please note that the booking would mark as completed even if the voucher has not been redeemed. But no worries, you may still use your voucher within the validity period
