Redemption information
- E-tickets will be issued by Majestic Ferry and sent to you within 1–2 working days after your booking is confirmed
- Please check in at the Majestic Fast Ferry counter at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal at least 1 hour before departure
- Latecomers will not be accommodated on the next departure. Failure to arrive on time will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued
- Please present your ferry itinerary and passport to collect your boarding pass
